Overall, the resort has a charming chalet vibe and some nice amenities, but there are a few major drawbacks. The service left a lot to be desired, particularly with a rude staff encounter that really affected our family. The lack of dining options during the day was another downside, as we had to drive quite far for food. While the accommodations were adequately equipped for basic needs, they weren't particularly spacious or family-friendly.
